After spending his career in Marketing, Business Development and Sales, when asked to become a partner overseeing Marketing for NW Nest Real Estate, Gregg was ecstatic about the opportunity. The partnership will utilize Justin’s Real Estate knowledge with Gregg’s Marketing expertise. 

Professional Experience

Throughout his career, Gregg has led marketing efforts for several iconic Portland brands in a variety of industries. He learned sales from some of the best training organizations, developing a consultative selling approach. 

He understands that working with clients requires getting to know someone’s wants which will then determine their ideal needs. This partnership approach will return dividends tenfold. Understanding the client, evaluating the marketplace, and assessing the competition is necessary to build effective marketing strategies engaging the appropriate tactics and tools. 

Focus on Real Estate

As a partner with NW Nest Real Estate, he will be able to impact the business bringing marketing perspectives that few others can boast. Ironically, for years friends have told Gregg he should consider a career in real estate. With this in mind, he has completed his real estate licensing requirement. 

Gregg will utilize his knowledge of Happy Valley where he has lived for almost a decade as well as the Sherwood area where he lived for several decades before moving to the Eastside. He looks forward to assisting clients to find the pleasure that he and his family enjoyed purchasing each new house and then making it into a blissful home. 

Throughout his career, Gregg has negotiated substantial contracts with vendors building win-win terms that have resulted in long-standing relationships. This skill will be paramount in his future role as a real estate agent.

Outside Interests

Gregg starts most days running through Happy Valley logging miles while listening to tunes or podcasts. He has run more than 250 half marathons, marathons, or ultra marathons. He brings unbridled energy and positivity whether working or pacing area road races. He has come to be recognized as the “Running Realtor” among members of the running community. 

He and his wife have 5 adult daughters. They dine out locally, watch the Blazers, enjoy live music, and love to travel, whether heading to the Oregon Coast or to visit family throughout the country. 

While it seems that Gregg’s motor is always going, one might be surprised to learn that he is a voracious reader; always looking to learner and a passionate student of life.
